Penn State will hold the annual Parents and Family Weekend from Sept. 28 to 30 at the University Park campus. The weekend will include a variety of fun and informative events, including five sessions regarding second-year housing.
Housing is not guaranteed after a student’s first year at University Park. Penn State Housing is offering informational sessions that review the options returning students have. Housing officials will discuss the request process for on-campus living, as well as Special Living Options (SLOs), sororities and Schreyer Honors housing. Visit the housing website for more information on these programs.
Representatives from Student Legal Services and the Office of Off-Campus Living also will be present with more information and to answer questions.
The Office of Off-Campus Living will hold a Housing Fair in the HUB-Robeson Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 30. Many realtors and businesses that offer off-campus living options will be available to answer questions.
